About
Three Good Things has been on the App Store since 2017 and was rebuilt from scratch in 2026. It is made by one developer, and has never carried ads.
The core app is free, and always will be. Premium is an optional $4.99 monthly subscription that adds more good things each day, iCloud sync, journal exports, and App Lock.
There is no account to create. Entries stay only on the person's own device, or in their own private iCloud if they turn on sync. The app never sends them anywhere else.
The exercise comes from positive psychology. It was first tested in a 2005 study, and later with healthcare workers at Duke.
